Experience Description: Join us as we celebrate the Equinox, welcoming Spring with music and flower essences specific to the renewal and rebirth of the spring season!
We will open the circle with drumming and song to embrace the change of seasons before embarking on a series of guided meditations working with flower essences welcoming Spring. Students will experience three different flower essences and leave with a half ounce bottle of their essence of choice.
Benefits of Flower Essences: Flower essences are vibrational in nature and work directly on one’s emotions and spirit to help bring one to a state of balance. Students will leave with a better understanding of how to work with flower essences to enhance emotional well-being.
About Patrice: Patrice Green is an herbal educator, certified aromatherapist and flower essence practitioner. She incorporates reiki, energy work and shamanic techniques in her holistic practice, Green Aromatics. She studied at the Boston School of Herbal Studies, was an Assistant Director there for 14 months and remains on faculty. She’s also taught at Herbstalk and the Wintergreen Market, as well as for private companies throughout Massachusetts. She is a monthly contributor to the Herbstalk blog.
