Spend an evening in Rome with Chef Charlotte! In this hands-on cooking class, we’ll recreate the colors of the Italian flag with Insalata Tricolore; emulsify butter, cheese, and pasta water to make an authentic Cacio e Pepe; layer delicate melanzane for Eggplant Parmigiana; and finish with a creamy, espresso-soaked tiramisu. We might even finally learn the difference between Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Romano!

- Cooking demonstration and hands-on learning experience.
- Instruction from an experienced, top-notch instructor.
- Recipes to take home.
- At the end of each class, the opportunity to enjoy the food you created.
This is an adults-only course. If you would like to bring an adult beverage to class, please feel free.
Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 8 people required for class to take place. Please note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
