Cindy Gittleman, Certified MBSR teacher and founder of Sunrise Mindfulness, leads the 9-session Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Program includes guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices and concepts, gentle mindful stretching, group discussions, daily home practice assignments and materials, including four guided mindfulness practice recordings.
