Based off the "8 Breaths to Joy" guided meditation, we'll spend a few minutes on each mini-breathwork practice, focusing on a particular area for healing (breath, body, release, love, etc.) The breathwork meditation portion of our healing session will last 25 minutes. We'll take a few minutes after the session to regroup, reground, and share any insights we experience or receive during the session. Please feel free to bring a meditation cushion, yoga mat, or something similar for comfort. You may also find it helpful to bring a notebook and pen. $12 donation requested.
