The Parade, featuring bands, floats, color guards, specialty units and plenty of flag-waving kids, will kick off at 7:00 p.m. at Coddington St. & Washington St. and run along Hancock St. to Merrymount Pkwy finishing at Adams Field.


There will be no flag raising ceremony at Pageant Field this year after the parade.


Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:00 p.m. over Quincy Bay. Spectators can enjoy the show from the shores of Squantum, Wollaston Beach, Merrymount, Adams Shore and Houghs Neck.
