We are getting ready for our 5th Annual Carroll Center for the Blind Walk for Independence on Sunday, May 21st from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The day will kick off with a one mile and 5k walk around the amazing neighborhoods of Newton Centre. Bring along your guide dog or family pets – all are welcome to enjoy a cookout, great music, accessible games, raffles and much more. Create a team (Kids 16 and under register for free, adults are $30 before April 21st) and make an even bigger impact. This event is fun for the whole family and celebrates how active blind and visually impaired people can be. To donate or register head to carroll.org/walk.
