Don't miss this opportunity to dance with Tammy Burstein, as she visits 5Rhythms® Sweat Cambridge to lead a special class. This is a chance to dance in, out and free, 5Rhythms at a time, with basic instruction and the invitation to develop your personal relationship with the Wave.


All are welcome! Bring water and wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move. $20 at door (drop-ins welcome), $15 early registration (prior to day of event, via www.paypal.me/JoelStanley or @Joel-Stanley-1 on Venmo) or with card showing student/EBT status on the night.
