55th Annual Barn Sale on the historic grounds of the Golden Ball Tavern Museum, Sat. Sept. 24th 9-3

THE HISTORIC GOLDEN BALL TAVERN MUSEUM HOSTS its 55th ANNUAL BARN SALE - SEPTEMBER 24th 9:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m. at 662 Boston Post Road, Weston, MA.

Come enjoy the day with us on Saturday, September 24th from 9am-3pm. The Sale includes beautiful items – many with stories and all with histories! The pieces are donated by individuals throughout the region and include original artwork, sterling silver, Asian antiques, china, crystal and glass, antique and contemporary furniture, as well as household items and other treasures. We look forward to welcoming you to this much loved Weston tradition!

Our Barn Sale survived the pandemic by going virtual in 2020 and was a resounding success. We continue to have a 'virtual' presence and you can visit our website to shop selected items online. (Our online sale will be paused two days before the in-person event and will restart the following week into mid-October.)

The Barn Sale is held on the grounds of the museum at 662 Boston Post Road, Weston, Massachusetts – a unique Revolutionary era tavern that played a pivotal role as a base for British spies in the lead up to the Revolutionary War.

As the Museum’s only annual fundraiser, the Barn Sale is critical to the support of the museum’s preservation and education initiatives. We offer curriculum based programming for the Weston Public Schools. In addition we hold monthly open house tours and the Museum sponsors popular history talks, community events and programs such as craft beer tastings throughout the year. We thank all who support our Sale as a visitor, volunteer or donor – your support makes our community efforts possible.

We always welcome volunteers and donations by arrangement - no drop-offs please! Simply call Rebecca Foley on 617-513-5726 to discuss volunteering or donating. You can also contact the museum by sending an email to [email protected].  Our volunteer team is a wonderful group and you can join us for as little or as much time as you have to give!
