This 5 week training camp will prepare you for everything you'll expect at Spartan Fenway Park. This workout will be comprised of obstacle-specific total body strength training, mobility work, and metabolic conditioning. Whether you're training specifically for Fenway, or you are look for that extra push towards a healthier you, 5 Weeks to Fenway is the exactly what you need. Each class will build off the last leading up to Spartan Fenway.
You do not need to be committed or interested in running Spartan Fenway Park. This training is open to the public and is a great way to take the next steps to becoming a healthier you.
