Mission Statement:
This isn't about Wu Tang and gimmicks. This is about a young man coming full circle from gang banging on the streets of Chelsea throwing 5's and rolling with Kings, to spending the last 10 years grinding in Boston's best kitchens and rising from a prep cook at Barbara Lynch's Sportello to the sous chef at Forage.
I'm a humble dude trying to take you on a quest and introduce you to the 36 Sandwiches of Death while one day going to provide a place for local artists and at-risk youth where they can not only creatively express themselves but also learn and grow as individuals.
