Shake it off with an addictive cardio party led by 305 Fitness!
Join us while we #MakeSweatSexy turn and your workout into a party, while a deejay spins in the background! 305 Fitness's signature classes include sports drills, conditioning exercises, and high intensity interval training (HIIT). About halfway through each class, the instructor leads a sculpting section to target specific muscle groups, followed by a 5 minute “sprint” of interval training. The class ends with more dancing, a cool down, and a stretch.
