WHAT IS IT?
30 Minutes of Meditation A Day to a Happier and Healthier You
If the uncertainties of the Pandemic are stressing you out, or your workloads are making you feel constantly tired, and your mood is constantly in flux, Master Zhou is inviting you to a 30-minute meditation with him.
The practice of 30-minute meditation a day with Master Zhou is one way to maintain a regular physical exercise schedule to establish healthy routines. Carve out time early in the morning or evening at work or at home. Just find a quiet room, bring a cushion, and open your heart and mind.

MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE DAILY DAOIST MEDITATION
Promotes physical and mental wellness, helps alleviate joint pains, cycles positive Qi that frees you from chronic fatigue and anxiety.

WHAT DOES THE MEDITATION LOOK LIKE?
Practice with Master Zhou in the tradition of Wudang meditation, combining breathing (Qigong) and practical exercises.
Meditation posture: Sitting position, calming your body to stillness
with Qigong.
Mind Focus: relax, mindful, and at the moment.
THE BENEFITS: Immediate calmness and tranquility. Sitting in silence is like leading one’s body and mind to a profound place of peace and rest.

CHOOSE TIME THAT SUITS YOU BEST!
Two sessions a day, either morning or evening, or both sessions if you prefer as we understand that everyone is busy.

MORNING SESSION:
TO GET YOU READY TO THE CHALLENGES OF THE DAY
Before starting your day, the meditation practice readies your mind to face the difficult and stressful challenges of your busy day. It’s worth getting ready and taking a moment to recharge your battery and looking inside yourself. Meditation practice will keep you in a good mood and make your mind agile.

EVENING SESSION:
TO GET YOU READY FOR A GOOD NIGHT REST
At the end of an exhausting day, rest and sleep are crucial to recharge your positive energy for the challenges of the following day. When you wake up, you feel reinvigorated with restored energy level, and increased focus.

Morning Classes only – $100.00 ( 21 Classes)
Evening Classes only – $100.00 (21 Classes)
Morning and Evening Classes – $180.00 (42 classes)
Drop-In /A class – $8.00
(To prepare to send you a Zoom link for that particular class, Shifu Zhou requests that you should at least register one hour prior to the class. This will give him time to send you the link for the practice.)
