About our classes-
Epoc Studios offers a unique experience of personal training in a small group setting. Every month is a new program built to make you stronger, move better, and see results.
Our workouts are 45min long strength + conditioning classes held Monday- Saturday.
Each day is broken up into different muscle groups as well as 2 full body days.
Video demonstrations are playing as you workout to help remind you of the movements.
You will also be coached by our expert trainers to help you with form and guidance.
We use heartrate monitors to let you know when you may need to increase output or slow down and recover.
As professionals in the fitness realm we recommend working out at least 3x a week for physical and mental health and to feel and see results. This offer is intended to showcase what a 3x a week workout regimen would look like!
