Join us for 1 hour of SOCIAL, FUN RUNNING and WALKING. Walkers wanting to learn to run, beginners and experienced runners welcome.


At our group runs you can expect drills and fun games focusing on proper running technique, injury prevention, endurance, speed, strength and time for social running lead by experienced 261 certified coaches in a non-competitive, non-judgemental way! All social distancing guidelines will be followed. Maskes required.
