The South End Open Studios returns Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 11am to 5pm. Free and open to the public, visitors are invited to experience one of Boston's longest running and most celebrated arts traditions, produced annually since 1986. Explore the range and richness of art in every corner of the neighborhood with more than 100 artists presenting their work across 10 locations including 2 group sites. The event provides an unparalleled opportunity for the public to get a window into the artist process, discover new work, and experience one of New England's most dynamic creative enclaves. Whether attending for the first time or returning as a longtime supporter, all are welcome to spend the weekend exploring the South End through its community of creatives.
