Going into its eleventh season, the Greenway Fitness Program presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts will offer free fitness classes. From pilates, to yoga, to dance, the series provides the public with essential opportunities to nurture their mental and physical health, as well as social well-being.
HIIT by Healthworks
- Join Healthworks for a high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that keeps you motivated, energized and boosts your metabolism! Be prepared for compound movements that will challenge different muscle groups.
- Location: Rowes Wharf Plaza Lawn
- Schedule: Mondays, 5:30pm-6pm, May 19 – September 29 (no class Memorial Day and Labor Day)
Flow Yoga by Healthworks
- Join Healthworks for a vinyasa flow yoga class connecting longer poses to build strength and flexibility, helping you feel the burn while winding down the day.

Outdoor Pilates by Movement with Jill
- Join Jill for a 50-minute, full-body Pilates class on the Greenway, perfect for all fitness levels! You’ll leave feeling strong, refreshed, and inspired.

All Levels Pilates
- Join Britney for an all levels Pilates mat workout that aims to strengthen the body and mind alike through mindful and intentional movement. Grab your mat and get ready to move!

Introduction to Parkour
- Join Parkour Generations Boston for their multi-week “Introduction to Parkour” series designed to bring new practitioners in a safe, progressive, and supporting environment that empowers them to build functional strength and confidence through utilizing everyday elements.

SoulFire Movement: Dance|Sweat|Meditate
- Join Michelle for a 60 minute cardio dance, yoga-inspired stretch and meditation class, combined into one.

Total Body Greenway with Sam Amado
- Total Body Greenway with Sam Amado is a dynamic outdoor fitness class designed to provide a full-body, low-impact HIIT workout for participants of all fitness levels. This class combines strength training and functional movement using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, battle ropes, hurdles and medicine balls.

Tai-Chi Paradigm
- Join Rob from Calvin Chin’s Martial Arts Academy for an introduction to the Tai Chi Paradigm, a short version of the Wu Style Tai Chi Form. Tai chi can be viewed as a type of active meditation. With roots in the Chinese martial arts going back at least two centuries, Tai Chi is typically practiced today as a system of fluid, low-impact movements.
