Maps are charts into mysterious and unknown territories. Maps show you available options and allow for a higher viewpoint. To arrive at the right place at the right time, it is necessary to embody a clear understanding of where you are, where you want to go, and what time you want to arrive.
As we chart the waters of a new decade, we will reflect on the past, witness the present moment and create a vision for the future. Part workshop, part dinner party, this evening is an investment in you. A unique approach to goal and intention setting this experience is a blend of mindfulness, metaphor, and mysticism. Learn the importance of integrated embodiment (alignment of mind - imagination, body - movement/stillness, and breath - timing) to orient yourself in time and space and own each and every moment.
Led by Catie Macken, international yoga teacher and Chief Mindfulness Officer of Prezence and moderated by Colleen Hayes, CEO of Prezence, join us for a magical evening to ring in the new year. Give the gift of Prezence this holiday season.
