The New England Center for Children® (NECC®), a global leader in education and research for children with autism, will host its 16th Annual 5k Walk/Run for Autism on Saturday, May 21 at 10 a.m. at the Margaret A. Neary School in Southborough. This year, NECC is offering free registration for all participants.


This professionally timed race is a signature fundraising event to support NECC’s mission to create a global network of educators, researchers, and programs so that those living with autism may live fuller lives. In lieu of a registration fee, participants are encouraged to request donations from family and friends to support the Center.


The race will take place rain or shine. On-site registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with a start time of 10 a.m. Following the race, participants will enjoy a cookout lunch, along with prizes and raffles.
