The 12th Annual West End Children's Festival will take place on Saturday, August 19, 2017 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Thoreau Path in the West End of Boston!


The WECF was founded in August 2006 by 27 children who had the common desire of bringing their community together with a neighborhood "block party". The festival has grown immensely since its inception, celebrating is ten-year anniversary in 2015 and attracting over 1,500 visitors and 75 participating organizations. The community comes out in droves: children, parents, grandparents, friends, neighbors, merchants, all enjoying the festivities together, building a memory, sharing a laugh, and celebrating summer with friends and family!
