116th Annual Fisherman's Feast 2026 in Boston's North End

Boston's North End celebrates the 116th Annual Fisherman's Feast — August 13–16, 2026 — the North End's oldest continuously running Italian festival. Begun in 1910 by Sicilian immigrants from Sciacca and rooted in a tradition dating to the 16th century, the Feast honors the Madonna del Soccorso (Our Lady of Help) with four days of processions, live entertainment, Italian food, and the famous Flight of the Angel finale on North and Fleet Streets.

Thursday, August 13

• 6:30 PM — Opening Ceremonies: La Madonna Del Soccorso processes to Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park for the annual Blessing of the Fishing Waters
• 7:00–8:00 PM — Enzo Amare on the main stage
• 7:30 PM — Fisherman's Feast Man and Woman of the Year Award Presentation
• 8:30–10:30 PM — Italian American Favorites live by Marie Venuto & Vinnie Medugno, featuring special guest Charlie P

Friday, August 14

• 4:00 PM — Fisherman's Feast Carnivale Show: a parade through the grounds with floats and dancers, inspired by the Carnivale Di Sciacca, followed by a main-stage performance
• 6:00 PM — Special Award Presentation for Meet Boston
• 6:30–8:00 PM — Performance by singer Dennis Taylor
• 8:30–10:30 PM — Vinnie Medugno featuring the Chiclettes and Coda Band, with hits from the 50s through the 70s

Saturday, August 15

• 12:00 PM — The Children of the Madonna Del Soccorso Society process their statue through the festival grounds
• 12:30 PM — Pazzo Time: Italian games on stage, culminating in a Meatball Eating Contest
• 2:00–5:00 PM — 7th Annual Best Meatball Contest: 8 restaurants compete; $10 to taste and vote ($50 VIP option available)
• 8:30–10:30 PM — Silver Arrow Band, a high-energy 10-piece band

Sunday, August 16

• 9:00 AM — High Mass at St. Leonard's Church
• 12:30 PM — La Madonna Del Soccorso begins her nine-hour Grand Procession through the streets of the North End
• 1:00–2:00 PM — Children's activities on the main stage
• 3:00–7:00 PM — Two live shows by The Reminiscents
• 8:00 PM — The famous Flight of the Angel: the statue of the Madonna returns to North Street for the Grand Finale and the celebrated Angel Ceremony

Good to know: Admission is free. Please note there are security checkpoints at all entrances, and backpacks and open containers are not allowed. Held on North and Fleet Streets in Boston's North End.
