All levels of ability and experience are accommodated in this feel-good yoga class: focus your mind and energize your body as uplifting music plays in the background. You will be guided through a series of poses, integrating all movements of the spine to achieve total balance. Options are provided to you to suit your level of ability — beginners are welcome! The session concludes with guided meditation in a restorative pose.
Founder and CEO of Yoga Hub, Ali Singer is ranked as Massachusetts’ number one private yoga instructor, according to CoachUp.com. A dancer and former national champion synchronized skater, she started practicing yoga out of a passion for movement and flow. She draws upon her background in dance to provide detailed and rhythmic instruction, which she pairs with fun and unexpected playlists. A 500-hr certified yoga instructor, Ali spent two months in India studying the traditional origins of the practice, and is known to demystify traditional philosophy and meditation in her classes. Ali lives and teaches by her personal motto: “good vibes.”
