This free yoga series is fueled by Zipcar. Class will take place outdoors at the lovely Q Park on Mondays in July. Get your week started off right with yoga and music. Enjoy a beautiful summer evening of yoga led by Carolyn Little, set to a sweet soundscape of live music. Carolyn will lead a fun class accessible to all levels. By integrating strength, flexibility, and overall peace of mind, you'll be breezing through the summer months. All are welcome at this all levels class.
