Take your yoga practice to new heights on the 14th floor of Bower- a beautiful residency with stunning views of Boston & Fenway Park. We recently transitioned from the rooftop to the indoor Sky Lounge for cozier (& equally as beautiful) quarters this Fall/ Winter season. All experience levels are welcome to attend this hour-long class which includes plenty of modifications for beginners and options to add challenge for those who may be more seasoned. Feel free to relax in the lounge after class!
This class is held on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month.
***Kindly note that I will have have a substitute teacher hosting class on 2/25 & 3/11 while I am away on a Yoga Internship in Columbia!
- Bring your own mat or DM to borrow
- Please leave early to ensure that you arrive by 11:15AM so I can let you in & up to the private space; if you arrive past 11:25AM, entry is not guaranteed
- Please let me know prior to class if you would prefer not to be in photo/ video
