Celebrate Easter this year with a picnic lunch, prepared for two to share, featuring a host of items made from scratch by the Bread & Salt Hospitality team.
Enjoy a festive asparagus and rhubard salad along with a number of fun to share tea sandwiches including egg salad on brioche with tiny diced mirepoix, house made charcuterie like country pate with pickles and thinly sliced house cured pork with mustard and radishes as well as something sweet to finish.
Also included a cup of first time available, "Bread & Salt Tea" hand processed in house from fresh tea leaves and brewed with saffron and cardamom.
Vegetarian option is availabe but must be requested in advance. Allergies and restrictions will be accomodated as possible, please ask ahead of time.
This picnic marks the inaugeral event of Clover Food Lab's new rotating retail concept following in the successful wake of the long standing Grillo's Pickles storefront. Clover, in collaboration with Bread & Salt's Katrina Jazayeri look forward to bringing fresh concepts to this community storefront and partnering with up and coming local companies to bring great products to Cambridge.
