These are vinyasa flow yoga classes that welcome all levels of practitioners. Vinyasa yoga is a vigorous series of postures that link breath with movement. The series of postures called a flow helps to open and cleanse your body as well as strengthen and lengthen your muscles. These classes are designed to help calm, soothe and free your mind while powering your soul. Beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome. The instructor will offer modifications as well as add on to postures for more experienced practitioners to take it to a higher level. As with all classes you are encouraged to do what you feel is comfortable and take it at your own pace. Whether you have never practiced or you’re an experienced practitioner, you will feel at home, challenged, and at ease.
