Join PYD for this fun and challenging train class to benefit youth with disabilities!


TRAIN circuit includes a combination of all the elements of the EverybodyFights Class Series: boxing, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. A true full-body workout for all ages and fitness levels.


We call this the warm-up because on May 18th we are partying at the Party for PYD
where we will honor Muhammad & Lonnie Ali & Muhammad Ali Center,
Melissa M. MacDonnell & Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Bill Schawbel.
