Practice yoga with Laura virtually, so we can stay together while we're apart. In this 1-hour vinyasa class, the sequence and messaging will stay pertinent to individual and global concerns to bring hope and spaciousness for challenging times. Class will be fun, strong, grounding, and have options for all-levels.
Practice with your camera on or off, depending on your comfort; after class, if you’d like, turn your camera on to say hi to Laura and any others you may know (or want to meet!), as a reminder that we're all in this together.
Registrants will receive instructions for entering the virtual yoga room. A recorded copy of the class will be sent to everyone to keep and practice with whenever. Even if you can't join live, register to receive the recorded class.
$10 drop-in, $5 need-based scholarship*. Registration now open for the entire month of April. There's a new system now, no more fees with registration!
