Join us for a virtual interactive cocktail demo, Irish whiskey tasting and BBQ dinner with special guest Alex Thibault from West Cork Distillers. We will be getting together via Zoom and tasting through a special selection of some of Ireland’s best whiskeys while learning a little bit about the brand and culture… all while enjoying our delicious ‘cue!


All items are to be picked up on 3/16 between 3-6pm at the Smoke Shop BBQ location of your choice. The Zoom class will begin at 7pm.


Your ticket includes:
- Cocktail Kit with ingredients and tools to create your own Cold Irish Coffee cocktail (ice and glassware not included)
- A selection of three unique whiskeys from West Cork Distillers
- Pit Boss BBQ Plate (see two options below)


Pit Boss Option 1:
- Ribs, Pulled Pork, Burnt Ends, Sweet Potato Mash, Cucumber Salad & Cornbread


Pit Boss Option 2:
- Famous Wings, Pulled Chicken, Brisket, Sweet Potato Mash, Cucumber Salad & Cornbread
