In this 1-2 hour class you will learn sushi making basics, using wholesome, plant based (vegetarian and/or vegan) ingredients. Karen, a home cook from Singapore has been vegetarian for over 25 years and I, Enrica, (who has been learning by her side), will be guiding you how to prepare healthy, inspiring international dishes using fresh and colorful ingredients. In this class, you will learn how to prepare your ingredients, assemble, roll, and cut your sushi. You will also get to taste the delicious sushi you’ve made with some special sauces to go along. With these skills, you can wow and impress any future guest with your new sushi making abilities!
