SWEETY'S a space/platform run by artists Julia Pimes, Bryan Rodriguez, Ximena Izquierdo Ugaz and Eduardo Restrepo opens its doors on April 4th with TRU LOVE. The space seeks to participate in the Boston art scene with a new outlook by promoting curatorial and artistic confrontation and risk taking. Sweety's is activated through flexible programing that speaks from a space between formality and informality and which prioritizes people of color.

Featuring drawing/painting, animation, video and sculpture by artists: Andisa Jones, Daniel Barreto, Adrielle Farr, Martin Kass,Oskar Brent Malone,Santiago Cardenas, and Branden Paillant (Brizgnar) TRU LOVE focuses on heartbreak, adolescent romantics, fierce femmes, gyrating faces, etc.


TRU LOVE opens April 4th @ 6 PM
with performances by Andisa Jones, Santiago Cardenas, and Brizgnar.
