Back by popular demand, we are celebrating once again the ‘king of Italian wines,’ Barolo! On December 17, join us for a very special dinner at Terra, our rooftop oasis, celebrating Barolo wine and the cuisine of Piemonte.
Piemonte is a hub for white truffles and some of Italy’s finest wine. Resultingly, the rich cuisine incorporates these two highlights of the region. From a beef brasato—braised in traditional Piemontese-style with Barolo—to aromatic white truffles shaved over savory dishes, you’ll take a trip through the Langhe hills of Piemonte during this multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Dan Bazzinotti.
Each course will be paired with different Barolo wines carefully-selected by Beverage Manager Gregg Guertin. Barolo wines are rich, full-bodied, and known for being one of the most age-worthy Italian wines. Additionally, their intense aromatics make them a perfect match for the earthy tubers.
