Swet Studio®, Boston's only Aerial Yoga and Fitness Teacher Training and practice center, has announced its next Teacher Training for qualified fitness instructors and experienced practitioners. During the month of March 2024, the fitness center's offerings will include SwetStudio® Aerial Yoga Teacher Training and Certification.
Swet Studio® is the only Aerial Fitness and Yoga Studio in Boston, and the only studio in the region to host Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. You don't have to be an instructor to take the certification. Dedicated students looking to deepen their knowledge and take their practice to a new level are welcome to participate. This upcoming Teacher Training is designed for qualified individuals, who are desirous of instructing their students in the aerial arts or for practitioners who are simply looking to hone their skills and have a better understanding of the program.
Fundamentals' Certification Training provides the building blocks for the entire Aerial Yoga program. With a Swet Studio Aerial Yoga certification one will learn all the basics for safely and effectively teaching classes that include zero-compression inversions, as well a wide array of movement sequences combined with the different wraps, inversions, and spotting techniques of SwetStudio®.
Swet Studio is a local, community-oriented fitness studio that offers a wide range of group classes, ranging from Aerial fitness, aerial barre and yoga classes, to fast passed, low impact, aerial fitness classes, as well as a variety of core strengthening practices. Swet Studio® also provides a variety of team building and restorative programs utilizing small class sizes, personal coaching, and a holistic approach to health and fitness, including Aerial Restorative Yoga and Aerial guided mediation classes, where participants are cocooned in a floating silk hammock.
