Taking an out of the box approach is nothing new for Swet StudioT. The Boston Aerial Yoga and fitness group class, health club, located at 480 Tremont Street in the heart of the South End, takes pride in being anything but average.
Still unsure if AntiGravity®Aerial Yoga is for you? No sweat. There are three additional classes that don’t involve the hammocks at all. Our indoor rowing classes are perfect for any fitness level, age or weight. Choose from swet ROW, swet ABS, and swet FULL BODY to still get the Swet Studio experience while keeping both feet firmly on the ground. Each stroke uses your quads, hamstrings, glutes, lats, abs, shoulders, back, triceps and biceps.
SWET ROW - The unique format of Row captures all the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. This is the perfect class for those new to rowing or for anyone that wants to brush up on their form. Expect a lot of personalized attention. ALL LEVELS.

SWET FULL BODY - Swet Full Body is a signature class that builds on the foundation of ROW strength, and mobility. A low impact full-body HIIT workout on the rowing machine, alternating between strength and mobility training off the rowing machine. Swet Full Body class will tone your body with no impact on the joints. Break from the norm onto a Stronger, Faster and Healthier you. A low impact full-body HIIT workout on the rowing machine with body weight strength and mobility training off the rowing machine.

SWET ABS - Ready to carve a killer core and some serious abdominal strength? Designed with your schedule in mind, this is for those who want a no nonsense class. Get two workouts in one. Row, twist, and plank you way to a stronger core and Fabulous abs.
