In this day-long meditation workshop on October 2nd with Matthew Hepburn, you will explore this common territory for all meditators with curiosity and kindness. As we learn how to integrate the experience of the Five Hindrances seamlessly into our formal meditation practice, our confidence in our spiritual development can truly flourish.
