**Belly Dance Workshop (6-7 pm)**
Belly dance is one of the oldest dance styles in the world. Its origins come from a mix between different Middle East countries and North Africa. It has different names around the world: Raks Sharki in Arabic, Chiftetelli in Greece, Belly dance in America and Europe. It has become so popular all over the world due to its beautiful and sensual movements. In the beginning this dance was performed only by women, as it was associated with fertility, nevertheless, men started dancing it as well, making it enjoyable for all people, not only as viewers but as dancers.
**Kizomba Dance Workshop (7-8 pm)**
What is Kizomba? In 1985 and throughout1990, a new dance style and music genre were born in Angola. It founds its inspiration from the Haitian Kompa known to the world since 1950 and strongly influenced by the Zouk from Martinique and Guadeloupe. This new genre of music combined Angolan Semba and traditional music. The word Kizomba means party or joyful gathering with friends. Its main difference compared to other genres of music is its connection which lasts until the duration of the song where both partners become one entity, one body, one soul.
