Drinking vinegars and shrubs are an old-school way of adding some fruit and tartness to beverages. Now making a comeback, mixologists are using them in both alcoholic and 'virgin' drinks in ways that are easy to learn to make at home. Grendel's head bartender, Joshua Seiler, teams up with our nearby neighbors at Salt & Olive to teach you about creating delicious and easy to make drinks with artisinal balsamics and infused vinegars, bursting with gourmet flavors from around the world.
Class enrollment includes four drinks, tasting of a selection of Salt & Olives products, and snacks from Grendel's kitchen.
