Yoga. On a Rooftop. Smoothies and Salads after while enjoying the views with your new friends!
Join BostonYPA and yoga instructor Melissa Dlugolecki on the rooftop of Energize Boston for a 45 minute yoga flow with the views of Boston. Afterwards, we'll bring up some nourishing (ahem, energizing) salads and smoothies that we can enjoy on the rooftop with our friends.
•At 6:15 we'll assemble in the lobby of Energize Boston (on Mass Ave, near Symphony) and be taken up to the roof.
•On the roof well roll out our mats, with the goal of class starting at 6:30
•Food will be brought up to us, and we'll collect your order when you register.
Here are your options (recommended by Melissa herself!):
•Acai Bowl: A Blend of Acai, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Banana, Avocado and Agave, Garnished with Strawberries, Banana, Granola and Bee Pollen
•Cashew Cheesecake Bowl: A Blend of Banana, Date, Coconut Oil, Cashews, Cinnamon, Lemon, Garnished with Blueberries, Strawberries, Chia Seeds
•Power Up Smoothie: (24oz) Homemade Hemp Milk, Banana, Strawberries, Peanut Butter, 1oz Livwell Protein, Date, Cacao, Maca and Chia Seeds
•Tropicana Smoothie: (24oz) Freshly Squeezed Apple Juice, Blended With: Mango, Pineapple, Banana, Kale, and Coconut Oil
•Plant Power Salad with or without homemade bread on the side: Mix of Kale, Spinach, and Mixed Greens Base. Tomatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Cucumbers, Chickpeas, Sweet corn, Onions, Pistachios, and Hemp seeds. Dressed with Walnut Basil Dressing and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
•Nourishment Salad with or without homemade bread on the side : Kale Base. Avocado, Cucumber, Carrots, Beets, Red Peppers, Pine Nuts, Cashew, Dash of Cayenne Pepper. Dressed with Walnut Basil Dressing
