Join Tristan for two hours of restful relaxation on a Tuesday afternoon. Although we often associate rest with the evening or night, our bodies have a natural ‘slump’ in the early afternoon, post-lunch, when we would very much like to rest and digest. Please join us to do just that. We will use the support of props to hold us in yoga poses designed to bring ease, comfort, and rejuvenation to mind, body, and spirit. We will end the practice with a guided meditation. You should feel much easier by the end - in breath, body, and mind. There will be some discussion of how and why restorative yoga works, and you are welcome to take notes. Serious students, teachers, and anyone in need of a restful afternoon are all welcome!
