Join OV Ambassador Kara Duval for a summer series in Copley Square on Thursday evenings: August 15, 22, and 29.
Each week at 6:30, Kara will be leading us in her signature class: a combination of Pilates, Barre and Dynamic/ Functional movement with a heavy emphasis on form. For the past few years, Kara has traveled around the city developing her method using the “everyday human” as her main muse and inspiration. Using creative imagery, Kara will guide you through this killer low impact workout with a sense of humor and a knack for creative imagery cues. Come prepared to shake, sweat, laugh and learn more about your body and how it moves. All levels welcome and modifications will gladly be provided.
