Join Crystal Rose in partnership with Dorchester Brewing for Virtual 80’s New Wave Yoga. This will be an all-levels vinyasa flow. Beginners are welcomed. This will be held live via Zoom.

Due to licensing, the fun spotify playlist will be sent out prior to the class (not played via zoom.) This playlist will have 80s New Wave songs! But feel free to play whatever playlist fits your mood that morning.
