Clearly setting your intention with Neurosculpting will embed your intention into a new neural network that you can activate after the class on a daily basis. This will train your subconscious brain to guide you effortlessly toward your goals.
This workshop will start with a 30 minute brain talk followed by two 20 minute Neurosculpting meditations.
