Join Samantha for a 1 -hour virtual vinyasa yoga practice on Thursday mornings to take a deep breath and move from the comfort of your own home. The classes will have modifications for all levels.
Prior to class, registrants will receive an email with the link to access the virtual Zoom classroom where practice will be held live at 10:30 am on Thursdays for the duration of social distancing.
Can’t make it to the live class? Register to receive the recorded class, which will be sent to all registrants after each class ends to keep for use.
A discounted series option is available, with the intention of providing students the opportunity to be in community and have a routine at an accessible price.
One Class Only: $10 fee; $5 need-based scholarship
