You'll be challenged to move slower and increase focus and self awareness, thereby tuning in on a deeper level. I’m happy to help you adapt your practice for YOUR body. Flexibility NOT REQUIRED and I LOVE beginners. Bring a mat, two blocks, a strap, and a blanket. I have some extras, just in case.
