Join Morgan of daisyface flow for a special holiday weekend edition of BEACH YOGA! On Friday, July 5th, meet her at the usual spot (Pleasure Bay Beach, South Boston - type in "Pleasure Bay Parking" into your Waze app!) by the gazebo, American flag pole, and lifeguard chair number 5.


Combining her two favorite things, the beach and yoga, Morgan will lead you through an ALL-LEVELS flow so yogi's of all abilities are welcome! This class is $10 via cash or Venmo & FREE rental mats are available if you prefer not to get your nice mat all sandy (trust me--I get it!)


Please wear a bit of sunscreen as the UV at 10AM can be pretty intense & we are SO happy to offer this to you for your holiday weekend enjoyment. Let freedom FLOW!
