Icelandic chef Siggi Helga from Iceland’s Grillið restaurant will fly to Boston to prepare a special Icelandic menu at The Merchant for four days only! Chef Siggi currently oversees three restaurants, including Grillið, which has been awarded a certificate of excellence from Trip Advisor for its consistently great reviews! Brennivin’s 2015 cocktail champion, mixologist Kári Sigurðsson, will also make the flight from Iceland to join the Merchant’s Bryan Ames in concocting unique cocktails featuring Iceland’s favorite vodka, Reyka Vodka, and aquavit, Brennivin, to pair perfectly with your dinner.
