On Thursday, September 12, starting at 6:30 p.m., join Corey Bunnewith of Huneeus Vintners and the team at Chopps for a three-course prix fixe menu expertly paired with varietals from great vineyards that Agustin Huneeus has discovered all over the world. The menu will celebrate the exquisite flavors of vineyards and wineries from Vintner Agustin Huneeus featuring pairings including Seared Scallops & Pineland Farms NY Strip (Chopps tots, seasonal vegetables) with 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Faust, Napa, California.
