Want to make the holidays special for a child growing up in poverty? A Bed for Every Child is working to ensure 250 children will be waking up in their own beds this Christmas. To do that we need help.
Join A Bed for Every Child this holiday season by bringing together your family and friends to join us at our 2nd annual Holiday Build A Bed event on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 9:00a until 12:00p
No carpentry skills needed! Your team of 4 people will work together over a 3-hour period to build, sand and paint a twin bed frame. Upon its completion, your participation in the Holiday Build will allow A Bed for Every Child to deliver not only the frame but also a new twin mattress, bedding, and a holiday gift to a child in time for Christmas!

About A Bed for Every Child:
A bed is not the first thing that pops into one’s mind when we think of a child growing up in poverty, but for their parents, it is out of reach to buy. Seven years ago, the Coalition launched “A Bed for Every Child” from one simple request by an inner-city schoolteacher who saw her students coming to school tired because they did not have a bed. This past year, A Bed for Every Child delivered 2,229 new twin bed sets, including a new mattress, bed frame and bedding to children from Western Mass to Cape Cod and many cities and towns in between.
