About the Class: This class will address simple teas you can make at home to lift your spirits during the winter months and bring your body into balance. We’ll discuss the types of moodiness you can have at different times of the year (or life!) and how herbals teas have been used in the past to heal and bring comfort to the mind and body.
About the Facilitator: Katherine is a graduate of two local herb schools: Boston School of Herbal Studies and the Commonwealth Center for Holistic Herbalism. She has been teaching herb classes for over three years now and finds that the more interactive classes are, the more they’re fun to teach.
