Celebrate the warm weather season with an all-new Sunday Smoke BBQ special from Executive Chef Tyler Kinnett. Chef Kinnett and the Harvest team invite guests to enjoy the ultimate Summer BBQ plate with a choice between mouthwatering Pork Belly or delicious Beef Brisket, slow roasted to perfection. For $38 the BBQ plate is served with summertime sides including Smoked Sweet Potato Salad, Jalapeño Cheddar Cornbread, and Baked Beans & Curdito. To accompany the BBQ plate, Chef Kinnett is providing each table with all the sauces they need, including Maple Bourbon, Texas Mesquite, Carolina Mustard, Black Garlic, and more. Guests can enjoy the Sunday BBQ special in the dining room or on Harvest’s expansive outdoor patio.
The Harvest beverage team is serving up two handcrafted summer libations to accompany the BBQ special. The Smoked Peach Bourbon Smash is summer in a glass with smoked peaches, muddled with mint and lemon, before being shaken with bourbon and topped with ginger beer. For an indulgent frozen treat, the Harvest team is offering a new twist on a classic with the Instagram-worthy RBF made with bacon-washed Maker’s Mark and Not Your Father’s Root Beer, topped with housemade pecan ice cream and garnished with chocolate covered bacon, a chocolate rim, pecan pieces, and whipped cream.
The new Sunday Smoke BBQ dishes and cocktails are available every Sunday in addition to Harvest’s full dinner menu, featuring inventive seasonal dishes featuring local New England produce.
