Coppersmith will be hosting a Galentine’s Day brunch on February 15. They’ll be showing fun, girly movies like Legally Blond and Mean Girls. Avocado toast, bacon egg and cheese spring rolls, and bacon pancake sticks will be the featured brunch items on the menu. Coppersmith will also have a DIY mimosa bar, blueberry cosmos, raspberry mimosas and peach blossom sangria.
